Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. All sports bets placed on x777ad are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Rules cover market settlement, void conditions, postponed events and disputed results.
All casino games operate according to the individual game rules provided by the content provider. In live casino, the rules displayed on-screen at the table take precedence. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a bet that has already been placed and accepted.
x777ad reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the Platform with a bet reference number. Bets placed at obviously erroneous odds — whether due to technical error or pricing error — may be voided after the fact, and affected funds will be returned to the Account Balance.
In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction or system error that materially affects the integrity or outcome of a bet or game round, x777ad reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account at any time.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn subject to completion of all pending KYC checks and wagering requirements.
